William Reutelhuber, Esq. returned to Kearns Rotolo Law in July 2015, having originally joined the Firm in October 2008. Mr. Reutelhuber is experienced in handling financially complex matrimonial cases, as well as general civil litigation issues, including asbestos defense, bankruptcy filings, personal injury and securities fraud.

Previously, Mr. Reutelhuber was a member of the law firm of Ulrichsen, Amarel & Eory, and served as Of Counsel to the firm of Leonard & Butler. He also worked on a per-diem basis for other attorneys, primarily in the field of matrimonial law, performing legal research and writing assignments.

A 1985 graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic University with a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering, Mr. Reutelhuber worked for Fairchild Semiconductor for two years and for Linear Technology Corp. in California’s Silicon Valley for five years before attending law school. A cum laude graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law, he received his J.D. degree in 1995. He went on to earn his LL.M. degree in Taxation in 2002 from New York University School of Law. In the interim, Mr. Reutelhuber served as a judicial law clerk for the Hon. Thomas H. Dilts in 1995 and 1996.

Mr. Reutelhuber was admitted to the New Jersey Judiciary and the United States District Court, District of New Jersey in 1995 and in 2002 he was admitted to the New York Bar.
