Pasquale Marago (“Pat” to his friends and colleagues) joined Kearns Rotolo Law in 2025. Mr. Marago will be handling Family Law matters, Domestic Violence matters, Criminal Law matters and Municipal Court matters.

Prior to joining Kearns Rotolo Law, Mr. Marago operated his own law firm for 14 years, where he practiced in many different areas of law, including, but not limited to, all aspects of Family Law, Criminal Law, Municipal Court cases, Real Estate Law matters and Appellate practice. Prior to operating his own law firm, Mr. Marago practiced Family Law for two of New Jersey’s most prestigious family law firms. Mr. Marago was a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Julie M. Marino, P.J.S.C., the presiding judge of the Family Part for Somerset, Hunterdon and Warren Counties.

Mr. Marago earned his J.D. degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2009. Mr. Marago graduated from West Virginia University, Morgantown, West Virginia in 1993, where he received a B.A. in Cell and Molecular Biology.

Mr. Marago is admitted to practice in New Jersey and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
